Michael and Erika experienced firsthand the challenge of finding quality, nurturing childcare in the Charlotte area. That search—coupled with the desire for something more meaningful—led them to Belmont, drawn by its small-town charm, natural beauty, and a growing community of young families alongside long-time neighbors.

Rooted in a deep belief that children are born with innate curiosity, creativity, and capacity, Erika and Michael set out to create the kind of early childhood environment they wished existed: one that honors each child's natural gifts and supports growth through freedom, play, and purposeful guidance.

Their vision for childcare goes beyond supervision—it's about creating a space where children can thrive, explore, and stay connected to their love of learning from the very beginning.
